ASF estb 1910. Promotes international understanding through educational and cultural exchange between the United States and Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.

Cultural and social organization brings together Scandinavians and American-Scandinavians who reside in Northern California Emphasis is on social interaction in the form of parties, outdoor activities (canoe trips, picnics, hikes...) and cultural events.
